Transparency
Transparency and accountability are key values for Co-PLAN, and closely related to the consolidation and success of the organization. Co-PLAN’s financial transparency is based on strong financial management. Each year, Co-PLAN is audited by an authorized international auditing company. Lançimi i Projektit TEMPUS – DAPEEWB
Universiteti POLIS, Shkolla e Arkitekturës dhe Politikave të Zhvillimit Urban në Tiranë, sjell për të parën herë në 22 vjet në Shqipëri programin TEMPUS të manaxhuar nga një institucion shqiptar. Së bashku me 10 parterë nga rajoni dhe vende anëtare të Bashkimit Evropian, Gjermania, Hollanda, Portugalia dhe Sllovakia, Universiteti POLIS do të punojë për zhvillimin e arsimit profesional fushën e efiçencës së energjisë. Rektori I Universitetit POLIS, Prof. Dr. Besnik Aliaj, falenderoi të gjithë parterët në sjelljen e këtij projekti kaq të rëndësishëm për të parën herë në Shqipëri nën drejtimin e një institucioni shqiptar, duke provuar që në jemi gati për sfida të tilla në arsim.

Inspired by DUTCH Design Competition
In the framework of Tirana Architecture Week – [En]Visioning Future Cities, Albanian Netherlands Alumni Association, POLIS University and Co-Plan financed by the Netherlands Embassy in Tirana, Albania are organizing a product design competition. The purpose of this Product Design Competition is to create a small, smart, and functional product designed and inspired by renowned Dutch Design. The winner will be chosen out in early October 2014. The winning design will be exhibited together with the 10 best finalist designs during Tirana Architecture Week – [En]Visioning Future Cities.

Co-PLAN, Instituti për Zhvillimin e Habitatit dhe Universiteti POLIS, organizuan ceremoninë e dhënies së “Çmimit Special Lidershipi Shqiptar 2014” Z. Behgjet Pacolli. Ky çmim iu akordohet Z. Pacolli me motivacionin:

Dritan Shutina është Drejtori Ekzekutiv i Co-PLAN, Instituti për Zhvillimin e Habitatit, që nga viti 2005, të cilin ai e bashkë-themeloi në vitin 1995. Ai është gjithashtu një nga themeluesit e Universitetit POLIS, Shkolla Ndërkombëtare e Arkitekturës dhe Politikave të Zhvillimit Urban, ku ai kryeson njësinë për kërkim dhe zhvillim – POLIS IKZH. Co-PLAN History
In the early 90s, some young Albanian experts, with the help of the Dutch specialized organizations, successfully piloted the first experiences of realistic urban planning in Albania in some areas in need in Tirana. This phase also marked the birth of the Institute for Habitat Development, Co-PLAN. Despite the resistance and the pressure of time, Co-PLAN replied these models successfully and in subsequent years, the level and wider including ‘city’.
