Territorial Planning and development in Albania – A Guideline for the citizens
A Guideline for the Citizens: Territorial Planning and Development in Albania was prepared by Co-PLAN in support of the National Territorial Planning Agency and financed through World Bank funding. The Territorial Planning and Development Guideline helps Albanian citizens understand the territorial planning legislation; how they are affected by it and how should correctly abide to it. This document is also a source of information for anyone interested in developing on his/her parcel, or seeking to protect it from development. It provides explanations for each group of interest and has abundant information in a simple, non-technical language. The guide is valid even though legal changes have taken place, as an educational tool for citizens.
