Strategic Development Plan of Pukë Municipality
Analyzing the components of the economic development of the Municipality, infrastructure and services, territorial and institutional organization, the Strategy defines a range of interventions within a short-term framework of 5-6 years. The strategic objective of the document is to determine the possible institutional and financial measures and interventions within the period considered, addressing all areas of development and administration of this municipality.
In this way structured measures are provided for improving services for economic development based on mountain tourism and handicrafts, municipal administration, infrastructure, institutional framework, etc. Their implementation is included in the periodic monitoring and evaluation structure included in the last part of the document.
