Are you passionate about driving positive change in civil society through impactful communication strategies? Co-PLAN, Institute for Habitat Development, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Civil Society and Communications Expert.

Your Role: As a Civil Society and Communications Expert, you’ll be the driving force behind our efforts to support, engage, and communicate with activists and civil society organizations. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing support programs, developing media strategies for maximum impact, and spearheading projects focused on advocacy and activism.
What We’re Looking For:
- An expert with a Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
- Proven experience in civil society and activism, with a media or public relations background.
- A creative storyteller with a strong understanding of social media platforms for strategic communication.
- A collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills and a knack for crafting compelling narratives.
- A seasoned professional with at least six years of experience in communications and civil society engagement.
- A networker who can generate interest in our activities and products within civil society in Albania and in the Western Balkans.
